About Me

Eomji Sohn is a sound designer and media composer based in South Korea.
She majored in Screen Scoring and Electronic Production and Design (EPD) with a focus on Game Audio at Berklee College of Music.

Before attending Berklee, she held a degree in Computer Engineering and worked as a software engineer for several years. However, her deep curiosity about music and sound eventually led her to pursue a career in scoring and sound design.

As a sound designer, she has built a strong foundation in game audio through her studies at Berklee. She has been actively collaborating with game development students from USC, UW Stout, and Lesley University, providing audio assets such as foley recordings, edited and processed sound effects, and full integration into game engines using FMOD and Wwise.

As a media composer, she specializes in crafting emotionally-driven music that enhances storytelling across various media, blending orchestral instruments with other instruments. Her creative process is always centered around delivering the intended emotions to the audience in the most compelling way. She has contributed to projects such as UNICEF campaign footage and environmental crisis documentaries, providing original music.
